William's parents were John Wesley & Emma Alice (Moss) Crow.

William Sylveter "Vester" Crow, age 20, married Rebecca "Becca" Lois Harris, age 19, in Ottawa Co, OK on May 24, 1922.

On April 17/18, 1930, Vester & Rebecca, ages 28, lived in Wyandotte, Ottawa Co, OK. Their daughter, Oleta W., was 7 months old.

Their son, Ves Crow, Jr., was born in Wyandotte on Dec. 10, 1928. He died the following day. He & Becca share a headstone.

Miami, Okla. - W.S. (Vester) Crow, 58 years old, 528 D. street southeast, died Monday morning in Miami Baptist hospital.

He was a former farmer in the Wyandotte area until moving to Miami two years ago. He was a member of the Southeast Baptist church of Miami.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Etta Crow; a daughter, Mrs. Albert Deaton, Miami; a step-daughter, Mrs. Letha McCall of Wyandotte, 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Baptist church in Wyandotte with the Rev. Albert E. Kidwell officiating. Burial will be in Wyandotte cemetery under direction of Cooper funeral home of Miami."
