Funeral Services for Donald Ray Fincannon, 69, of Pearland and formerly of Levelland will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 10 in the Second Baptist Church in Levelland with the Rev. Jerry Howe officiating.
Internment was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2000 in Beth Haven Cemetery in Stephenville with (sic) Rev. Paul Fincannon officiating.
Burial followed under the direction of Lacy Funeral Home.
He died Thursday, April 6, 2000 in Clear Lake Regional Hospital, Webster.
He was born December 22, 1930 in Pettit.
He was a longtime resident of Levelland. He farmed in Cochran and Hockley counties. He also drove a truck. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church and the Levelland Senior Citizens.
He is survived by a son, Jerry R. Fincannon of Roanoke; a daughter, Debbie Barberi of Pearland; a brother, Paul Fincannon of St. Louis, MO; a special friend, Gene Cox; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Hockley County Senior Citizens.
