He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Men's Bible Class. Mr. Fogle was a veteran of World War I and a 50-year member of the Morris Frock Post No. 42 American Legion; Reno Barracks No. 152; Veterans of World War I and Last Man's Club of World War I; and a member of the First Hagerstown Hose Company.
Surviving besides his wife are sister, Mrs. Irene Snyder, Johnsville; brothers, Norman, Pasadena; and Allan, Frederick.
Funeral services were held at the Norment Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
