She passed from this life December 5, 2013 in Tulsa at the age of 83 years, 3 months, and 7 days. Dolly graduated from Central High School. She was a retired nurse. Dolly was very crafty, and enjoyed bowling, and crocheting. Dolly and Charles Cochran were united in marriage on February 14, 1987 in Tulsa. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2006 after over 17 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by both her parents; son, Ronald Lee Smith; Brother, Anthony Pagano Jr and Sister, Catherine Bryant. At this time there are no services planned. (Heath-Griffith)
