STELLA M. GREGORY, 85, of Modesto, died Friday in Modesto.

SERVICES: Graveside 9 am Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel.

BACKGROUND: Native of Arkansas. Lived in Modesto for 20 years. Homemaker. Member Baptist Church.

SURVIVORS: Six children, Esther Cupp of Fresno, Alice Niles, Elva Gregory and Iza Gregory, all of Modesto, Claude E. Gregory of Empire and Louisa Smith of Kansas. Twenty-seven grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
