He married Margaret Kirkner and she is buried in Fairmount Cemetery, Denver. Phyllis was his second wife. His body was donated to Science.KNUDSEN, Benjamin Franklin

Ben passed away peacefully on January 14, 2011. He was 95 years old. Born in Denver, CO and graduated from South Denver High School in 1934.

He owned Knudsen Printing Co. He was also a Past Potentate of El Jebel Shrine. He is survived by Kenneth Knudsen of Evergreen, CO, Keith Knudsen of Aurora, CO and Karen Locke of Aurora, CO., two stepdaughters, Debbie Mansfield of Aurora and Kathy Nuremberg of Kenosha, WI. Ben is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at Saint Andrews Retirement Community in Aurora at 1:30pm, Mon., Jan. 24th. Donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 4625 West 50th Ave., Denver, CO 80212.
