Berdie Roper McFalls, 91, of 9 Ridgewood Dr., Franklin died Saturday, May 12, after a period of declining health.
A native of Macon County, she was a daughter of the late J.C. and Sara McGaha Roper and wife of John Wallace McFalls, who died in 1984. She was a member of Iotla Baptist Church.
Surviving are a step-son, Billy M. McFalls of Andrews; and a half brother, Harold Roper of Fernando Beach, Fla.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in Iotla Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Reeves officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Charles L. Cabe, Joseph Kenyon Cabe, John Wayne Roper, R. L. McGaha and Weaver Hurst.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iotla Baptist Church Building Fund, 183 Iotla Church Rd., Franklin.
