Yonah Clonts Haynes, 77, of Murphy passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at her residence. She was a native of Cherokee County and had attended Ranger United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was the daughter of the late Roy Patton and Mary Leigh Cook Clonts. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Carol Clonts.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, December 01, 2013 in the Chapel of the Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy with Rev. Bradley Lisk officiating. Interment will be in the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery.
