Former Walton Man Passes Away Sunday: Guy Dearl [Deral] O'Blenis, 63, formerly of Walton, died at 8:30 a. m. Sunday in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born April 11, 1886, in Rochester, the son of John C. and Caroline Kern O'Blenis. He had always lived in this area and had been a Blacksmith and later an auto Mechanic at Walton. Surviving are his wife, who is residing temporarily with their only son, John J. in Oakridge, Tennessee; one brother, Harold J.; and two sisters, Elsie and Margaret, all of Walton. Private funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the McCloskey - Hamilton chapel by the Rev. J. Virgil Siberal. Burial will in the Oddfellows cemetery at Mentone.
