On the morning of November 18, 2013, Alice Ellen White passed away peacefully. Alice was born July 6, 1942, in Beaver, Utah to John White and Hortense Limb White. She was the youngest of five children.

Alice spent her life in the service of others. She served thousands of youth as an educator for Clark County School District for 25 years. Alice served faithfully in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as a Temple worker, Relief Society President, Young Women's President, Stake Relief Society Counselor, and countless other callings. At the time of death she was serving as Stake indexing coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada. Alice served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Church Employment Resource Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. She loved to travel and was a great support to her family. She was proud of the number of nieces and nephews who had served and are presently serving missions. Alice was a example of service to others.

Alice was preceded in death by her father John; mother Hortense; Brothers Leo, Marvin, John Franklin, and Carl Grant. She is survived by her sisters-in-law Naomi and Phyllis; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday November 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. at LDS 8th Ward Chapel located at 4100 West Pennwood Las Vegas, NV 89102.

Funeral service will be held Saturday November 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Beaver 1st ward chapel with a viewing prior to services from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery in Beaver, Utah under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
