Lawe, Raymond Z.

Dr. Raymond Z. Lawe, 85, of King passed away Saturday evening, June 2, 2012 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. He was born March 14, 1927 son of the late Raymond G. and Laurentia (Laurin) Lawe in Keshena. On August 24, 1957 he was united in marriage to Marie Ulmer. She preceded him in death in 1991.

Raymond graduated from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. He practiced in far North Chicago suburbs and retired from Rockford, IL.

He enjoyed cooking and the outdoors. He was a retired Navy Veteran serving in World War II. Ray was a member of the Rockford Navy Club and the Local VFW Club.

Survived by his daughter Diane Lawe, Rockford, IL

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marie and a brother Lawrence.

Friends may call at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Isaar on Friday, June 8, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
