He was the son of Uriah Eamigh and Sarah Elizabeth (Cane) Eamigh

Andrew C. Eamigh, aged 81 years, eight months and 28 days, formerly of Latrobe and a retired P. R. R. brakeman, died suddenly at his late residence at 1105 Chestnut Street, Indiana, at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, of a heart attack. Mr Eamigh was born at Allensville on April 30, 1864 and entered the service of the railroad at Derry on November 7, 1889 as brakeman, which position he held until he was retired April 30, 1935. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Catherine Eamigh, and the following children: Donald S. stationed on the West Coast with the U. S. Navy; Harry G., of Baggaley; Mrs. Margaret Long, of Lloydsville; Mrs. Nellie Cole, of Brenizer, and Mrs. Lewis Fernandez, of Youngstown, O. Two step-sons, John Eamigh, of Clearfield, and Percy Eamigh, of Irvona, as well as 21 grandchildren, also survive. Friends will be received at the Robinson Funeral Home, in Indiana, until 2 p. m., Wednesday, when [sic] funeral services will be held. Interment will be made at Cole's cemetery, at Derry.
