She was born on July 1, 1938 in Hillsboro, Illinois to Ruth and Desidero "Bill" Bellaver. She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter, Courtnee Dazey. She married Terry Dazey. He survives.
She is also survived by her daughter, Carrie (Ed) Musetti; sons, Kevin (Cindee) Dazey and Craig (Charlene) Dazey; brother, Earl (Mim) Pratt and grandchildren, Nicholas, Eric and Tony Musetti, Katee and Taylor Dazey, Shellbee McIntosh, Christopher Sippie and Cole Dazey.
