"PARDON NYE (Pardon B., Barnabas, John, Nathan, Nathan, Benjamin), born at Acushnet*, Mass. He married Emma R. Eames.
Three children noted:
1. Myrtie Helen, b. Nov 7, 1869; m. David F. Moore, and resided in Brooklyn NY; and died Nov 8, 1880.
Two children:
(1.1) Faith Emma Nye Moore, b. Sept 18, 1887
(1.2) Frank Perry Nye Moore, b. Jan 21, 1891
2. Mary Franck, b. Dec. 16, 1871; resides in Brooklyn NY
3. Maud Ashley, b. Feb. 22, 1874; resides in Brooklyn NY"

*The Town of Acushnet wasn't incorporated until 1860, when it broke away from the Town of Fairhaven, so while location of the house he was born would be located in Acushnet now it would have been part of Fairhaven then and that is where his birth would have been registered.
