ALLEN, Jr. Frank Daniels Allen, Jr., 82 of Jacksonville, FL went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 15, 2005. He was born July 20, 1922 in Newport, AR, the son of Frank Daniels Allen and Fannie Hinkle Allen, veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, and good Christian man. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and tennis and was an accomplished pilot. He was a long time employee of General Motors Corp. and he retired from Nissan Motors Corp. He enjoyed membership with the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Elizabeth Allen; his daughter Sherry Falls (Jack); twin sons Pat Allen (Laura), and Mike Allen (Anita); his grandchildren Kaye, David (Wendy), Brett, Kaitlin, Andrew, and Hannah; his great granddaughter Gracie; sister Eleanor Wilson and brother Jimmie Allen. Funeral services in celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM Friday February 18, 2005 at the graveside in the Garden of the Good Shepherd at JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS F UNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park with Rev. Roy Timberlake officiating. Family members and friends will gather from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home at the address above.
