Mr. Robert "Snake" Anderson III, age 71, passed away Friday, November 15th.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Thomas Anderson, Jr. and Ernestine Anderson; brother T.L. Anderson.

He is survived by his wife Margie Johnson Anderson of 27 years; devoted loving daughter Karen Anderson; granddaughter Amber Anderson; sister Linda Maxwell; brother Bobby Anderson; sister in law Martha Anderson; two aunts Stella Rippy of Bell Buckle, TN and Annie C. Anderson of Kenosha,WI; longtime friend Jackie Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Anderson will Lie in State Friday, November 22nd 5:30pm -- 7:00pm at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel (824 Lipscomb St, Shelbyville).

Family Visitation will be Saturday, November 23rd, 12:00 noon at Scott United Methodist Church (940 Morton St, Shelbyville) with Funeral to follow at 1:00 pm, Burial at Willow Mount Cemetery.
