HOLTON -- Services for Ross B. Francis, 82, of Holton will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Mercer funeral home at Holton with burial in the cemetery here. He died Wednesday night in a Topeka hospital. He was born March 15, 1883 at Soldier and was a resident of Holton 61 years. He was a jeweler and optometrist here more than 50 years. Mr. Francis was a member of the Methodist church, Masonic Lodge, Order of the Easter Star and Rotary Club, all at Holton, and the Consistory and Arab Shrine in Topeka. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Katherine Francis of the home; a son, Richard B. Francis of Alexandria, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Laura Cannon, 1009 Topeka Ave. in Topeka; and a brother, Harry l. Francis of Tulsa, Okla.
