Vera Collings Dalrymple, age 100, died Dec. 5, 1991, in Bountiful.

Born July 24, 1891, in Paris, Idaho to Mahonri Moriancumer Collings and Annie Emiline Horsley. The fifth of 11 children, she was educated in the Bear Lake Schools. She married Newell Noble Dalrymple June 26, 1912 in the Logan LDS Temple; he died November 25, 1954.

Married Hebert Leo Spencer January 28, 1957 in the Salt Lake Temple; he died Oct. 5, 1958. She was an active member of the LDS Church, a dedicated genealogist and temple worker. She was a professional seamstress and retired at 70. She was a very loving and generous person.

Survived by; two daughters; Mrs. Afton D. Heck, Murray; Mrs. Wanda D. Collings, Bountiful; 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren; sisters Mrs. Amy Nye, Magna; Mrs. LaVinia Anderson, Magna; Mrs. Laura McKinley, Salt Lake City; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 9, 1991, 1 p.m., at Russon Brothers Mortuary Chapel, 295 North Main. Friends may call Sunday evening 6-7:30 p.m., and Monday, one hour prior to the service.

Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
