1st husband of Annie Lou Wilkerson Baynham-Burleson, who, according to his SC death certificate, shot him in the abdomen, resulting in his death. She was acquitted of his murder and went on to re-marry. Although there is a marker for her here next to Guy, she is buried in North Carolina.
