The Patriot, Harrisburg, Pa., Monday October 6, 1919: Adam R. Magill
Funeral services for Adam R. Magill, aged 45, will be held tomorrow at 12 o'clock noon from the home, 550 Schuylkill street. The Rev. Harvey Klaer of the Covenant Presbyterian Church will officiate. Following the services the body will be taken to Port Royal by Hoover and Son, where burial will be made.
Mr. Magill had been ill for some time. Recently he became worse and death followed Saturday afternoon. He was employed as a car inspector by the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a member of the Macabee Lodge, Independent Order of Odd Fellows No. 201 and the Brotherhood of Car Repairmen.
The following survive: Wife, Maud; two daughters, Catherine and Ruth; one son, George; six brothers, James of McVeytown, George, Belleville, Jessie, Nebraska; Mahlin, Colorado, Abram and William C. of this city; also five sisters: Mrs. Mary Wills, Mrs. William Beveridge, Miss Eva Magil, all of this city, and Mrs. Mattie Treon, of Missouri.
