VAN BUREN -- Raymond Sanford Agee, 90, formerly of Poplar Bluff, died Sept. 2, 2012, at Riverways Manor in Van Buren. Mo.
Born July 13, 1922, in Paragould, Ark., son of the late Claude Alford and Maude Lizza Sanford Agee, he was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff and a bulk anhydrous truck driver for Farmers Supply.
On Jan. 1, 1987, he married Marie Evelyn Bailey Riddle who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Raymond and Linda Agee and Richard Riddle and Linda Orton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anna and Mac Dougherty and Dianne and Mark Davis; and six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Visitation and services at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. His nephew, the Rev. Don Spurlock, officiated.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Pallbearers wer: Mac Dougherty, Mark Davis, Wayne Dever, Jeff Romines, LeRoy Fox and Dustin Morse.
Honorary pallbearer will be Jacob Brumley.
