Troy, IL--Mrs. Louise C. Moore, 76, a life-long resident of here [Troy], died Thursday at 7:45 p.m. at St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, where she had been a patient 15 days.
Born May 18, 1886, she was the daughter of the late Elias and Rose Wackley Burk. Her husband, William Moore, died of an illness while in service during World War I.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Rose Peter, Miss Doll Burk and Mrs. James (Alice) Bone, all of Troy. Four brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ and the Women's Guild.
The body may be viewed at the Edwards funeral home until the services Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. R.H. Mornhinweg, pastor of Friedens church, will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Emil Smith, Joe Nemick Jr., George Plageman, Charles Shashek, Ray Giger and David Sims.
