Henry "Hank" A. Yurgalavage, 78, passed away on November 14th, 2013 at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, GA.
Hank was born to the late Mr. Anthony Albert and Helen Frances (Labinosky) Yurgalavage in Shenandoah, PA on January 12th, 1935.
Hank was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of the Skies Catholic Chapel. He was a veteran of the United States Army and he retired from the United States Air Force after a twenty year career as a radio repairman in the 5th Combat Communications Group. Hank was also a retired civil service employee from Robins Air Force Base as an electronics technician.
Hank is survived by his wife of forty-four years Betty Yurgalavage, Byron, GA, sons, Dr. Henry (JoEllen) Michael Yurgalavage, Jesup, GA, Barry Albert Yurgalavage, Byron, GA; Grandsons, Dylan Michael Yurgalavage, Brynn A. Yurgalavage both of Warner Robins, GA sister, Antoinette Pancerella, Shenandoah, PA and nephew Joseph Pancerella, Glenmoore, PA.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Yurgalavage; an uncle, Frank Labinosky; and brother-in-law, Dr. Rocky Pancerella.
Interment will be in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, GA at 2:30 PM
Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
