North Brookfield- Violet M. Rogacevicz 88 Passed away at St. Vincent's Hospital after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, John. She leaves her son Stanley Rogacevicz & his wife Christy; her beloved nieces Jill Carlson and Sandy Nurek ; nephews Jack and James Dilling. She worked in many offices in the area including North Brookfield High School. After retiring from NBHS she continued to work for many years at the North Brookfield Senior Center and on her second retirement in 2005 received commendations from the town and state for her service to the community. For most of her time in North Brookfield she sang in the church choirs of the Congregational and later in the Episcopal Church choir until she was no longer able. She was always active in the church fundraisers and gave freely of her time. She will be missed by many. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Violet's funeral on Saturday,November 16,2013 at 11:00AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home 44 Gilbert St. North Brookfield.
