Joyce was a member of the Womens Service League, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Green Door Follies in Ashtabula.
She is survived by her son, Robert D. Miller of Maineville, Ohio; brother, Wm. Dorsey Harrod of Waukeena, Fla.; sisters, Carolyn Harkness of Midland, Texas, and Mary Jo Bantle of Sarasota, Fla.; and one granddaughter.
Services will be private.
