BAYNES, James Clifford "Jim" 92 Years of Life A very longtime rancher in the Clayton, Washington area, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013. Jim is the dear brother of Agnes Daugherty of Deer Park and Virginia Warner of Kent, Washington. There are numerous nieces and nephews. Born in 1921 at Great Falls, Montana, Jim served with the United States Army during World War II seeing combat action in North Africa and Europe, and was in Japan. After the war, Jim worked as a truck driver at the Clayton Brickyard, Deer Park Creamery, and for Lasswell and Fox Milling in Deer Park and Spokane. He is a member of V.F.W., Post 3067 and F.O. of Eagles, Aerie 3564, both in Deer Park. Graveside Funeral Service honoring Mr. Baynes will be at 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 15, 2013 in Spokane at Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery, West 5200 Wellesley Avenue, with Rev. Dennis Christianson officiating. Military honors and flag presentation will be by the United States Army/Washington Army National Guard in Spokane. A reception for all family and friends will be at the Happy Home Church located at 5039 Hattery-Owens Road in Williams Valley, west of Deer Park. LAUER FUNERAL HOME in Deer Park, Washington
