IS RECOMMITTED TO THE KANKAKEE ASYLUM Late this afternoon Sheriff E. H. Slover was arranging to take Miss Lulu Lake to the asylum for the in sane at Kankakee. The woman, whose home Is with her father, Robert H. Lake, 2217 Lafayette avenue, Is a bedridden Invalid and has been In the asylum. It was a case of recommitment The father of the young woman was disinclined to have her sent to Kankakee, but the other members of the family Insisted, as there was no one at home to care for her. The mother died only a few days ago.

KANKAKEE ASYLUM '3 The body of Miss Lulu Lake, who died at the asylum at Kankakee on Wednesday afternoon, was brought to Mattoon this afternoon at 1:88 o'clock and taken to the home of the father, Robert Lake, 2217 Lafayette avenue. Miss Lake had been in the asylum since last March, having been sent to that institution following the death of her mother. The young woman had been in poor health for many years, and when her mother died her condition became so serious as to make it necessary to send her to the asylum. The funeral will take place from the residence, 2217 Lafayette Avenue, at 9 o'clock Friday morning. Rev. D. N. Wetsel, pastor of the Christian church, will conduct the services. The burial will be In Old Camp Ground cemetery.
