Donald S. Buell, 86, died on November 7, 2013 at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the son of Frank A. Buell and Anna E. Buell. After graduating from East High School in Kansas City, he served in the U.S. Navy, where he was a Storekeeper Second Class. He graduated from Baker University in 1952 with a BA degree in business. He met his wife at Baker, and they were married in July of 1952. They were married for 47 years and had two daughters. He, his father, and brother Ernest founded Buell Cabinet Company in Kansas City, Missouri and Topco Laminates in Fort Scott, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy "Dot"; and his siblings, Hazel Ploeger, Clarice Hoffman, Ernest Buell, Earl Buell, and John Buell. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, his grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
