Graveside services were held Friday, July 11 in Campground Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home of De Queen.
She was born Nov. 16, 1924 in Bienville, Louisana. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Winthrop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Austin Boyd in 1988.
She is survived by eight sons, Donald Boyd of Mt. Pleasant, Tx., Glen Boyd of Horatio, Royce Boyd of Broken Bow, Ok., Danny Boyd and Mark Boyd, both of Foreman, Dale Boyd, Andy Boyd and Edward Boyd, all of Winthrop; four daughters, Erma Lansdell and Lois Knighten, both of Foreman, Joyce Fisher of Winthrop, and Anna Boyd-Bolin of Conway; one brother, Jasper Lee Brown of Campti, La.; three sisters, Leona Harper of Salina, La., Lois Derrow of Wichita, Ks. and Mary Sparks of Carrollton, Tx.; 36 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
