MR. ABBOTT DEAD AT 41
Military services for Ralph Abbott, 41, a former Nebraska City resident, who had lived in Sacramento California since 1971, will be held Thursday at 11 a. m. in Sacramento, Andrew and Greilich Mortuary in Sacramento is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Abbott died Sunday in Sacramento.
Mr. Abbott was born on January 1, 1925 in Nebraska City, Nebraska, the son of the late Pete Abbott and Mrs. Glenn Smith. Mr. Abbott, a retired truck driver served in the Army from 1949-1952.
He is survived by his wife, Susie; daughters, Kathy, Betty, and Mrs. Sandy Wilson; sons Michael, Roger, Pete, and Ricky; brothers, Bernard, Sacramento; and Gene Earl, Rock Port, Missouri; sisters, Mrs. Guy (Lucille) Pace, Seattle, Washington; Mrs. John (Pauline) Goff, Dunbar, Mrs. Duane (Dorothy) Hogencamp, Unadilla, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, George, and Robert.

ABBOTT, in Rancho Cordova, April 11, 1976, Ralph A. Abbott, beloved husband of Susie Abbott. Loving father of Sandra, Katherine, Betty, Mike, Roger, Pete, and Ricky Abbott. Son of Ethel Smith of Nebraska and the late Pete Abbott. Brother of Bernard Abbott of Sacramento, Mrs. Lucille Pace of Washington, Mrs. Dorothy Hagan camp of Nebraska, and the late Paul, George, and Robert Abbott. Grandfather of Heather and Eddie Wilson. A native of Nebraska City, Nebraska, aged 41 years. Pall bearers from VG=FW Post No 1267. Friends are welcome at the Mission Chapel of Andrews & Greilich, 3939 Fruitridge Road and are invited to attend the funeral Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Camellia Memorial Lawn.
