Paula Lally, 62, of Lawton, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sioux City. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Denison, Iowa. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with a parish vigil at 7 p.m., at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home in Sioux City.
Paula Marie Madison was born Oct. 21, 1950, in Sioux Falls, S.D., to Milo and Ann (Quinlivan) Madison. After a lifetime of excellent health, she passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm.
In a final gift of generosity, Paula donated tissue and eyes to the Iowa Donor Network.
Survivors include her husband, Michael of Lawton; her sons Ryan Michael Lally, of Omaha, Neb. and Robert Jerard (Jill) Lally of Omaha; brothers, James Madison of Holmes Beach, Fla., and Robert "Woody" (Janet) Madison of Bronson, Iowa; father-in-law, John P. Lally Jr. of Denison; and siblings-in-law, Mary (Chuck) Daniel of Charter Oak, Iowa, Pat (Jane) Lally, Denny Lally, Joseph (Carol) Lally and Jerry (Patty) Lally, all of Denison, Eileen (Joel) Sailer of Schleswig, Iowa, and Jane (Warren) Brown of Granger, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law, Regina Lally, of Denison; and three infant sons, Michael Francis II (1974), Francis Paul (1977) and John Joseph (1980).
