54 year old Pamela Sue Hitchcock of Dibrell died Thursday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a Freewill Baptist and a retired employee of Star Manufacturing. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 5th at 2pm from the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Jason Brown will officiate & burial will follow at Crain Hill Cemetery in the Rocky River community. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 1-6pm & Monday from 10am until the time of services at 2pm. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard F.L. Middleton and a daughter, Margaret Ann Hullett, and sisters, Dorothy, Donna, and Barbara. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Larry Hurst of Sparta. One son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jacqueline Yates of Rocky River, Tennessee. Six grandchildren Trevor and Lilly Hurst of Sparta and Chloe, Zackery, Will, and Jase Yates of Rocky River. Her mother, Eva Lois Driver Judkins of Smithville. Several brothers and sisters, Richard, J.C. Michael, Everitt, Billy, Delbert, Vernell, Ann, Terecia, and Frankie. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews and friends also survive. The family asks that donations please be made to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home for funeral expenses, in lieu of flowers.
