Son of Herbert J. Fishwick, Sr. and Anna Cosgrove Fishwick. Husband of Jean Hodges Fishwick. Herbert J. Fishwick, Jr., 87, of Melbourne Beach, Fla., a long-time resident of Miami, passed away Sat., April 7, 2001. A loving father and a devoted husband, he was a former partner and co-owner with Charles Hodges of Miami Burglar Alarm Co. and a member of Downtown Miami Lions Club and a Commodore in the Coral Way Yacht Club.

He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Melbourne Beach, Fla. He is survived by his wife of almost 62 years Jean (they were married July 7, 1939); his children: Jean (Frank) Farkas of Miami; Reverend Joseph Fishwick of Miami and Diane (William Tolson) Haas of Richmond, Virginia; grandsons Gregory (Dia) Farkas, Briggs May and Michael Haas and brother, Edward H. Fishwick of Alexandria, Virginia

He will be greatly missed by all of his family, relatives and friends. Visitation at the funeral home Tues., April 10, 2001 from 6-9 P.M. Rosary at 7 P.M. A Requiem Mass at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Wed., April 11, 2001 at 10:30 AM.
