WEAVER – Curtis, 78, Sidman, died Jan. 6, 1976, at home. Born Oct. 6, 1897, in Pennsylvania, son of Melvin and Edna (Barkley) Weaver. Preceded in death by parents, son and daughter. Survived by these children: Willis, California; Mrs. Violet Samile, Mrs. Clara Dewise and Abraham, all of Cleveland; Eugene and Mrs. Mildred Chapman, both of Beaverdale; Mrs. Edna Kostick, Sidman R.D.1; Earl and Leroy, both of Portage; Mrs. Emma Wartburton, Bailing Brook, Ill; also 28 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Ada Smay, Sidman R.D.1; Mrs. Della Oswalt, South Fork R.D.; Mrs. Nonni Seese and Miss Cora, both Lewistown R.D.; Melvin, Elyria, Ohio; Mrs. Susie Reighard and Richard, both of South Fork.
Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Barry L. Donnelly Funeral Home, Beaverdale, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, the Rev. Edward McCollough. Interment, Sidman Cemetery.
