MARY ANNE ADLER
Mary Anne Adler (Nee Morgan) died peacefully on Sept. 5, 2010,
at Trinity Village Center.
Mary Anne was born Nov. 8, 1928, in Milwaukee, to James and Anna
(Babrzymaka) Morgan. She graduated from St. Leo's Grade School,
St. Mary's Academay and Stratton Business College. She enjoyed a
very successful career as a legal secretary with A.O. Smith Corp.,
retiring after 25 years. Mary enjoyed figure skating, knitting,
playing first chair violin as a young woman with the Milwaukee
Catholic Symphony Orchestra, gardening, reading, crossword puzzles,
attending symphony concerts, and meals and Packers games with the
Kilians. Her lifelong love of cats included many privileged felines
who received her doting care.
She is survived by two daughters, sister, grandson, nephew, nieces
(Survivors omitted for privacy); great-nephews, nieces, friends
both old and new, and special family friend (Survivor omitted for
privacy.)
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Adler of Manitowoc.
Memorial gathering will be a Trinity Village Chapel, 7300 W. Dean
Rd., Milwaukee, on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at 1 p.m., followed
immediately by a Mass of Christian Burial. A future private burial
will be at Evergreen Cemetery, in Manitowoc, Wis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wisconsin
Parkinson Association or the Wisconsin Humane Society. Special
thanks to the caring staff of Trinity Health Center and VITAS Hospic.
