MURRAY, Ky.--Velda Mae Hale Bucy, 83, of Murray died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday at her home.
She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and West Kentucky Lake Campers.
Surviving are her husband, Hawley Bucy; two sons, Dwayne Bucy of Hazel and Kenneth Bucy of Murray; two sisters, Inez Harmon and Kathleen Smith, both of Murray; and one grandson, Michael Bucy of Buchanan, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers. Her parents were Harley Hale and Flora Travis Hale.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home in Murray. The Rev. Glynn Orr will officiate. Burial will be in Murray Memorial Gardens
