Mrs. Pierce was born February 15, 1934 in Alleghany County, Virginia, the daughter of Harvey Lee and Nellie Armedntrout Campbell.
She was a homemaker.
She married William "Toad" A. Pierce on August 4, 1953.
Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Debbie Wright of Boyce, VA and Sharlet Pierce Boyd of Covington, VA; two sons, Mitchell Pierce of Gore, VA and Dean Pierce of Boyce, VA; two sisters, Ellen Tucker and Isabell Andrews; two brothers, Larry Vampbell and Gary Campbell all of Covington, VA; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Joseph Campbell, Ralph Campbell and James Campbell and two sisters, Thersa Tucker and Patsy Campbell preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be private.
