She married Bill Adams in 1952, they later divorced.
Virginia retired to Baldwin City, KS in May of 2007.
She was preceded in death by two cousins, Cecil Stecher and Glen Stecher.
She is survived by two cousins, Delpha Callahan of Ottawa, KS and Diane Unrein of Linwood, KS.
Private family graveside services and interment were held Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Prairie City Cemetery, Baldwin City, KS.(Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home)
