Addison— The funeral of Miss Clara E. Benedict, 79, was held Monday at 2 p. m. at the home of Mrs. George Kingslev where she died Friday, Sept. 8. 1939. The Rev. Clarence Nash of the Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Addison Rural Cemetery.
Surviving are Ray Murray of Hornell; Fred and Harry Rindge of Cortland, nephews; Mrs. Irwin Robinson of Cortland and Mrs. James H. Robinson of Binghamton, nieces, and a brother-in- law, Eugene L. Albee of Addison. Miss Benedict was a member of the Methodist Church, the Ladies Aid and Mission societies and the Blaksley Class. She was born at Fulton, N Y . , daughter of John L. and Margaret Milks Benedict.
