William Henry Holleman had been born in North Carolina, in 1847, and was Married to Charity Ann Thorn. He entered The Confederate Army, 8th Arkansas Infantry Company D, in Greene County, Arkansas, along with His Brother-In-Law William Franklin Thompson. After The War Between The States they would both go back to Farming in Greene County until his death in 1905.
