Lillian Madge (Chambers) Smith, a resident of Albuquerque for 33 years, passed away on Monday, August 28, 1995, at her home. She was born October 21, 1907, in Grayson County, Texas, the daughter of Margaret Nancy (Melton) and James S Chambers.
She is survived by her son, Frederick D. Smith (wife, Diann K); three granddaughters, Anna E. Green (husband, Carl); Renee L. Piper (husband, John); and Robin E. Smith all of Albuquerque; four grandsons: George R. Smith (wife, Karen) of Portales, NM; Troy J. Smith, Steven L. Smith, and L. Brent Smith all of Albuquerque; two sisters, Blanch Chambers of Okmulgee, OK., and Helen Day of Van Buren, AK; four great-grandchildren: Kasey Ann Piper, Shelby Ann Mane Smith, Tucker Jacob Piper, and Elizabeth Kay Green.
