The funeral of Mrs. Mary French Fonda, late wife of Mr. Douw H. Fonda, took place yesterday afternoon, and was largely attended. The exercises were conducted by Rev. Dr. Holmes, assisted by Dr. William Scholl, of Canajoharie, and were very expressive.
