Mr Dale had a farm that was located on Wingate Road west of Dagsboro Delaware, though it was in the Baltimore Hundred. From the 1850 Census the value of his Estate as a $1000.00, so he was a wealthy farmer. The census shows he was married to Margaret Evans and had several children Peter, Caroline and Killard, though the three stones only one states Our Mother.

I found the 3 stones in the middle of a soybean field on Wingate Road, Dagsboro, Delaware and they are not in a cemetery. It looks to be east of a farm house still standing and at the time it had soybeans planted. The stones are surrounded by cement so they are well preserved.
