Suggested edit: Just A Heads Up. I'm sending an edit to take out the dates for this memorial. The dates are unreadable I agree, however, you can see that her parents were "W E & Sue" which means
William Elzie "Judge" Litteral 1849–1920 &
Lydia Susan (Sue) Witten Litteral 1861–1904
That leads me to the conclusion since Sue died in 1904, her birth date had to be before 1904, and I believe her to have been an infant since she doesn't appear on any of the census for the couple. It would be nice if we could find some dates, but unless you're close enough to go inspect the headstone, I think we are stuck with unknown.
Also the dates you have are very similar to Alice Belle Litteral daughter of Charles H Litteral & Louise Patrick (1927-1987). Alice Belle has her own memorial.
