Rick built Fiddler's Restaurant in Dexter and was the co-owner with the late Marilyn (Taylor) Williams for many years. He worked at Taylor Fish Farm and was a loving father, son, grandfather, and friend to many.
Rick was of the Methodist faith and was a resident of Dexter.
Survivors include his mother, Katherine Williams of Dexter; two sons, Richard Charles Williams and Roy Lynn Williams, both of Dexter; by two grandchildren, Addilyn Paige Williams and Tayton Charles Williams both of Dexter; by an aunt, Rachel Ward of Bloomfield; also by other relatives and very close friends.
Visitation will take place at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 9 until 11 a.m.. Thursday, October 24, 2013. Memorial services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Alice Fowler officiating.
