Pansy Pat (Simmons) Leverette, born August 22, 1921, in Laurens County, SC, died Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at White Oak Manor.

Daughter of the late Franklin and Nannie (Arnold) Simmons, she was the widow of James E. Leverette.

Survivors include James L. and Julia Ann Leverette of Enoree; predeceased by two daughters, Frances L. Johnson and Kay L. Hayes. She is survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Leigh Leverette; and great-grandson, Daniel Upton.

Mrs. Leverette, a member of Lifespring Church in Boiling Springs, was retired from Beaumont Mill.

Services were held at Lifespring Church on Old Furnace Road, Boiling Springs on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. Memorials could be made to the church.
