MRS. E. ARMSTRONG,81, DIES AT HOME
Mrs. Emma Karr Armstrong,eighty-one, widow of Alfred Armstrong,died yesterday at her home, 239 North Terrace Avenue, after a short illness. Mrs. Armstrong was born in Brooklyn,daughter of Daniel and Mary Frances Dunham Karr. She had made her home in Mount Vernon for the last 44 years . A son, Richard Armstrong, a daughter, Mrs.
Martha Schirmer, with whom she made her home, and two brothers, Dann Karr of Rock Tavern, New York and Richard Karr of Passaic, N. J. survive. Funeral services will be conducted at her home tomorrow night at 8 o'clock by the Rev. Carl S. Weist, minister of Community Church at
the Circle. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
