Mrs. Lewis was born in Brownwood, Texas to Littleton Norman Kelly and Jessie Loretta Skiles Kelly. She married Leon Lewis on October 12, 1934 in Winchell, Texas. Mildred was retired from the Early I.S.D., where she worked many years as a cafeteria worker. She was a Baptist and a member of Jones Chapel Baptist Church. Mildred passed away at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; four daughters and one son-in-law; three brothers; one sister; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Leon; her parents; and one sister, Exa Mae Vogel.
