Bloomfield - A lifelong resident of Stoddard County, Jess A. Aslin, 87 years old, died today at his home.
Mr. Aslin was born in Bloomfield on Jan. 19, 1890.
On March 23, 1919, he married Miss Pearl E. Harper, who survives.
Mr. Aslin is also survived by a son, Lawrence E. Aslin; a daughter, Mrs. Launa M. Hill; a brother, Claude Aslin and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery.
