Irene E. Gift, 82, Walnuttown, died Wednesday morning in St. Joseph Medical Center, where she had been a patient for two weeks.
Her husband, Harold F. Gift, died April 10, 1992.
Born in Muhlenberg Township, she was a daughter of the late Charles B. and Carrie E. (Dries) Focht.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Fleetwood.
She is survived by three daughters, all of Fleetwood: Shirley D., wife of John H. Wolfe; Christine I., wife of James W. Boyer; and Beverly D. Bowers. Four sons also survive: Harold C., Hatfield, Montgomery County; Lamar R., Deer Lake, Schuylkill County; and David C. and Terry L., both of Fleetwood.
Other survivors include a brother Charles E. Focht, Kutztown; 21 grandchhildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at noon in Mae A. Stump Funeral Home Inc., Fleetwood. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Garden, Maindencreek Township.
